HALL OF FAME NOMINATION FORM

One of the most meaningful traditions we can uphold is recognizing the individuals whose dedication, talent, and impact have shaped our softball family in extraordinary ways. The Hall of Fame exists to honor those who have gone above and beyond—people whose contributions continue to inspire us and set a standard for excellence.

Today, we are officially opening nominations for the Floyd Slowpitch Softball Hall of Fame Founding Years ERA for Nominations 1974-1984

We invite you to think about the individuals who have made a lasting difference—those who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, achievement, service, or influence. This could include players, coaches, sponsors, fans or anyone whose legacy deserves to be celebrated. Nominations will be accepted until June 12th, and our selection committee will carefully review each submission. This is your opportunity to help us shine a light on the people who have shaped who we are. If someone comes to mind—someone who has left a mark—we encourage you to nominate them. Thank you for helping us preserve and celebrate the legacy of excellence within our community.
